Account & Purchases

  • You must register or log in to make a purchase on the website

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel any sale and terminate accounts at our discretion

  • Discount codes and promotional offers are provided at the discretion of MaThana and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice

Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change due to supplier updates and promotions. Items saved in your Wishlist or Cart may change in price without notice. You will be billed at the price applicable at the time of purchase

  • Shipping and handling charges may be updated at any time with or without prior notice

Delivery

  • Under normal circumstances, delivery within Zimbabwe will take place within one to five (1–5) business days after your order is placed

  • To avoid delays, please provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive the order during business hours

  • If any delays are anticipated, you will be notified as soon as possible

Stock & Order Fulfilment

  • All products are subject to availability. MaThana will make every reasonable effort to notify customers when a product is no longer available

  • MaThana will only be liable to provide refunds where it is unable to fulfil an order at the advertised price

  • When using manual payment or EFT, stock can only be reserved once the order has been placed and payment reflects in MaThana's account

  • Limitation of Liability

  • The information on this website is subject to errors and omissions. MaThana accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies provided by third parties

  • MaThana may, at any time and at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the operation of the site or any services and products offered, without prior notice or reasons given

    • Any interruption, malfunction or downtime of the site or related systems

Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase

  • Redeemable at MaThana Gift Shop only

  • The voucher and unique token number must be presented at the time of purchase

  • Non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • The eGift Card must be used in its entirety in a single transaction. No change will be given or balance carried over if the full value is not used

  • MaThana Gift Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or compromised vouchers, including but not limited to unauthorized access, hacking or fraudulent use. Vouchers will not be replaced or reimbursed under any such circumstances. It is the recipient's responsibility to keep their voucher and unique token number safe and confidential

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Please note that the delivery fee must be paid in advance before your order is dispatched. Our team will confirm delivery fee payment with you prior to shipping.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, ZWL EFT, EcoCash and OneMoney via Paynow. Once your order is placed, we will send you a secure Paynow payment link to complete your transaction. Payment must be confirmed before your order is processed.
